Overview

We provide custom digital services including Shopify website design and bespoke spreadsheet work. Due to the personalised nature of these services, refunds are limited once work has begun.


Cancellations & Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase unless you request that work begins within this period.

By approving project commencement, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once work has started.


Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started, you will receive a full refund.


After Work Begins

If you cancel after work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

No refunds are provided for completed work or delivered files.


Completed Projects

Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds are available.


Unsatisfactory Work

If you believe the work does not meet the agreed specification, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will be given the opportunity to correct the issue before a refund is considered.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed Shopify websites

  • Delivered spreadsheets or files

  • Consultancy time already provided

  • Third-party costs (e.g. Shopify apps, subscriptions, domains)


How to Request a Refund

Please email info@threadtogether.co.uk with your name, project details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
